Rising Stars is our Mentorship & Mental Training Program designed to help young female athletes take their game to the next level. Through goal setting, mindset development, and confidence building, Rising STARS has created a virtuous cycle of Role Models Creating Role Models. With the help of our STARS Mindset and the guidance of an experienced mentor, our athletes will refresh their mindsets and unlock their full potential.

Each topic in our curriculum is designed to have four STARS Mindset Development in each topic. After each lesson athletes will meet with their mentor to discuss what they have learned and apply a deeper understanding on the topic. It's our mission to help athletes unlock their best self on and off the court.
