Alyssa Ustby

Hey! My name is Alyssa Ustby and I’m a 6’1” starting forward at the University of North Carolina. Last year, in my freshman season, I averaged 10 points and 8 rebounds. I led my team in scoring against #4 ranked NC State with 20 points (4/4 from three). I’m currently a sophomore that is thrilled for this upcoming season. 

 

Besides basketball, I enjoy being outside, going to the pool with my friends, and spending time with my family. I am currently on the pre-business track and will be looking to major in business or economics. 

 

I’m blessed to be a part of Five Star Academy because I believe in its mission to help athletes with the mental side of sports. From my experiences, the mindset you approach practice and games with plays a crucial role in your performance. Developing these skills will allow you to play to your full potential!
