Since joining Rising STARS, I have had so many amazing opportunities along with meeting some of my closest friends! When I first joined the girls were extremely helpful and welcoming! Through the Academy I have been able build my understanding of basketball in general as well as being able to grow my personal game! The mentors involved have become like family to me and have inspired me far beyond what I came into the program expecting! In past seasons, I have struggled with confidence in myself and my abilities, however Rising STARS has helped me to trust the process and my game. I feel so lucky to be able to be apart of the program and I am extremely grateful to have the opportunity to work with such amazing athletes and mentors!!
